Illegal Aliens of the World, Unite!

As I'm sure you're all aware, a nation-wide rally for illegal alien "rights" is taking place this May Day. (What ever happened to a dance around the maypole?) Unfortunately, even fair Hanover was marred by the protests:

But wait, what's that flying above their heads?

Hmm. That puts a bit of a damper on 'solidarity.' A pity.

I think the Review has transcended its policy of being tactless and tasteless.

An unfortunately glib response to a serious issue.

I find this contribution to be highly condescending and xenophobic. While immigration and law enforcement are complex issues that demonstrate a challenging balance between legal protocol and human consideration, I think it is inappropriate to address this situation with sarcasm. Viewpoints that support the Sensenbrenner bill have considerable merit, but only when they are presented in a sincere and thoughtful manner.
